When you purchase a device or software license from us, you are generally purchasing the right to use the software, not the software itself. The software is subject to its accompanying end-user license agreement (EULA) provided by the manufacturer or developer. You agree to abide by the terms of any EULA provided with a product.
3.1 General Policy
All returns and exchanges are subject to our formal Refund and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key conditions typically include:

When returning or servicing any device, it is your sole responsibility to back up all data, software, information, or other files stored on the product. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or compromise of data while the product is in our possession for return, exchange, or service.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, iTechPorts SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE) ARISING FROM THE SALE OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM US, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability, if any, for any claims arising out of any purchase made from us shall not exceed the price paid for the specific product in question.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iTechPorts, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account or purchases (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the store using your identity.
